BlackBerry handsets have stock of many languages that you can install, either for the purposes of communication with colleagues in foreign countries or to foreign language learning tool. For that you need to install the language you need, can be done through the BlackBerry Desktop Software on your computer.
With computers that have installed the desktop software, you can download and install software bundle which contains various language you want. However it should be noted when the software bundle has been installed, a language that you can use will depend on the support provider.
1. From site BlackBerry Desktop Software, download BlackBerry Device Software for BlackBerry smartphones which there are language packs that you want. For example, BlackBerry Device Software v5.0.0.1014 consists of all languages, including the languages of Southeast Asia.
2. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
3. Select the application loader tool.
4. Open Add / Remove Programs. BlackBerry Desktop Manager will confirm if the version you installed is only applicable to certain Opsel where you buy a BlackBerry smartphone (version locked)
5. From the Device Application Select screen, go to the East Asian Language and Input Support.
6. Select the language you want to install.
7. Click Next. Installation begins.
After the BlackBerry Device Software installed on your BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:
1. Go to Options.
2. Under Input Language, select the language you just installed.
3. Save the changes you just made.
4. Make an email message to try new languages you have installed.
